The tourist information office TIK Bardejov offers all the information to help you make the most of your stay in the town. The range of its activities is listed below.

 

Free information about the region:

We provide information on the town of Bardejov, the Bardejov Spa, as well as the whole region. Our friendly team are on hand to share their knowledge of the town’s history and present-day situation, tourist attractions, cultural, social and sporting events, recreational and hospitality facilities, spa treatments, opening hours, transport links, currency exchange, banking and postal services, important telephone numbers and other aspects of the town, including various interesting facts. We also offer tourist maps of the town centre and the surrounding region, promotional business material and cultural event flyers. In addition, we can collect and send your outgoing mail which saves you a visit to the post office.

 

Paid services: 

We offer standard tour guide services, trips to the surrounding areas, walking tours, transport and translation services (including legal and standard translations into seven languages), copying, scanning and printing services, as well as currency exchange services (PLN purchase).

 

Sale: 

In our tourist information office, you can purchase souvenirs, maps, tourist guide books, publications on the region and Slovakia, advance entry tickets to cultural events held in Slovakia and abroad, flight tickets, international travel tickets, stamps, parking cards, Euro 26 cards, travel insurance and various other products. A range of products are also available for sale via our eShop.
